What you need to know before joining one of our webinars.
- We deliver our webinars using the Zoom video conferencing application. Due to time constraints, we're unable to provide technical assistance with Zoom during webinars, so we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the application prior to joining a webinar.
- Education Queensland schools should test their ability to connect to a Zoom call prior to the day of the webinar as the EQ network may not support access to Zoom. Devices not connecting via the EQ network should not experience any issues.
- Should you experience technical problems during a webinar and miss some or all of the session, please contact us.
How to join a webinar
- Follow the "Register Now" button on this page and complete your details to register for an upcoming webinar.
- An email will be sent to you with a link to the webinar. Just follow this link to join at the date and time scheduled. You may need to download the free Zoom software if it's not already installed on your computer, tablet or smart phone. It's recommended that you use a headset if participating in a Zoom meeting on your phone.
- Webinars will start promptly at the designated time, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you're ready to go!
